DR. JENSEN
Dr. Nathan Jensen and Stephanie Jensen opened Alive Chiro Wellness in the fall of 2022. Their vision was to open a clinic that allowed people to receive the care necessary to live a life full of activity and adventure. To truly be ALIVE and in control of their health and future.

Previous to Alive Chiro Wellness, Dr. J owned and operated Jensen Chiropractic and Acupuncture in Kansas City Missouri. Jensen Chiropractic and Acupuncture opened in May of 2010. From 2010 to 2022, Dr. J was recognized by his patients, other professionals, and organizations for his service & dedication to his patients. Offering chiropractic care in conjunction with needle acupuncture provided a personalized approach to holistic wellness different from other providers. In 2014, he was featured in the Kansas City Star's article "A New You". During that same year, a national chiropractic organization included Dr. Jensen as one of their top 25 Future Phenomenon's in the profession. In 2016, he had been recognized as one of Metropolitan Kansas City's top three chiropractic offices in Pitch Weekly's Best of KC. After 12 years of owning and operating JC&A, Dr. J sold his practice to embark on a new life in the great state of Texas.

​Dr. Jensen is Certified in Chiropractic and Acupuncture by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is a licensed chiropractor in Texas. He attended Cleveland University in Kansas City, Missouri, receiving his undergraduate degree in Human Biology then continued to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic. During his time in the out-patient clinic at Cleveland University, he was a recipient of the Clinical Service Award.

​At home, Dr. Jensen is husband to Stephanie for 19 years and Dad to Paige and Oliver. He loves spending time with his family, is an avid soccer fan, and is always ready for a new adventure. Another fun fact about Dr. J; he learned to snowboard at age 47. He truly believes we should all challenge ourselves to take risks and try new things.

Stephanie JENSEN
Stephanie has worked alongside Dr. J throughout the years, helping with the behind-the-scenes operations of Alive Chiro Wellness while also exploring her own passions in natural healing. As a certified Reiki practitioner, breathwork coach, and advocate for holistic wellness, she loves supporting others—especially fellow moms—on their journey to living a vibrant, healthy lifestyle.
Stephanie has also had the incredible blessing of being a stay-at-home mom, raising their daughter and son. Being fully present with them has been one of her greatest joys.
Outside the office, you’ll find her in the kitchen (she’s all in on the sourdough trend!), tending to her garden, or browsing a local farmers market. A true lover of God’s creation, Stephanie finds peace and inspiration in nature and is always up for a long hike. Since moving to Texas, she’s already explored the state’s beautiful national parks!
